The online services list has been made in order for you to quickly and easily access free online services. Each of these are good services that will benefit a user's needs. Should you have any questions please post on the Lunarsoft forums.

Computer Scanners

These are all free online services that you can use to help identify and clean out infections that may be present in your computer system.

Name	Description
Malicious Software Removal Tool	The Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool checks computers running Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows Server 2003 for infections by specific, prevalent malicious software—including Blaster, Sasser, and Mydoom—and helps remove any infection found. When the detection and removal process is complete, the tool displays a report describing the outcome, including which, if any, malicious software was detected and removed. Microsoft releases an updated version of this tool on the second Tuesday of each month, and as needed to respond to security incidents. The tool is available from Microsoft Update, Windows Update and the Microsoft Download Center.
Trend Micro Housecall	Trend Micro HouseCall is an application for checking whether your computer has been infected by viruses, spyware, or other malware. HouseCall performs additional security checks to identify and fix vulnerabilities to prevent reinfection.
Bitdefender	BitDefender Online Scanner is an on-demand virus scanner which incorporates the award-winning BitDefender scanning engines. You can use it to scan your system's memory, all files and drives' boot sectors, and to automatically clean infected files.
Microsoft Safety Scanner	The Microsoft Safety Scanner is a free downloadable security tool that provides on-demand scanning and helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software. Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner expires 10 days after being downloaded. To rerun a scan with the latest anti-malware definitions, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Firewall Tests

Use these tests to determine if any vulnerabilities exist in your firewall. It is recommended that you use all of these Firewall tests to get an overall view of potential vulnerabilities.

PC Flank	The goal of PC Flank is to make your interactions on the Internet safe and private. Our main concern is to help protect your computer from Internet viruses and attacks by hackers (more properly called 'crackers').

Image Hosting

Host all your images using any of these free services. For an excellent "how to" on taking a screenshot and using am image hosting service to post a screenshot.

Internet Information

This is great for finding information on both IP addresses and web site information.

Name	Description
DomainTools	DomainTools is useful if you want to check to see if a website is safe to visit. Just put in the IP address or URL where it says Name Spinner. A screen shot of the website will appear with vital information such as if the webpage has been blacklisted for any reason.
DNSstuff	This is useful in tracking down the location of an IP address, URL, or to check out the information of a particular website. It will also determine the source of suspicious email.

Malware Removal	Malware Removal University - Teaching people to be able to support those with infected computers - Teaching them to never give up till you are safely clean.
Symantec Attack Signature	Symantec security products include an extensive database of attack signatures. An attack signature is a unique arrangement of information that can be used to identify an attacker's attempt to exploit a known operating system or application vulnerability. When Intrusion Detection detects an attack signature, it displays a Security Alert.
Symantec Security Response Glossary	The glossary contains many of the terms you will find in common use throughout the Symantec Security Response Web site.

Thinkfree Office	ThinkFree is the most comprehensive online office productivity solution available today. ThinkFree products are platform independent (works on Windows, Apple, Linux) and include ThinkFree Write (word-processing), ThinkFree Calc (spreadsheet), and ThinkFree Show (presentation) - applications that are round-trip compatible with Microsoft Office (.doc, .xls, .ppt).
